About The Office of Rights and Responsibilities
The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities handles all student conduct matters for the University of New Mexico.
Kelly Davis - Student Conduct OfficerKelly Davis has been the Student Conduct Officer for the UNM Dean of Students Office since 2017 and oversees the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities and all student conduct matters. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2013. Prior to joining the Dean of Students, she worked for judges writing judicial opinions and providing research, analysis, and ruling recommendations on cases. Kelly is an expert in University policy and procedures at UNM, especially in the areas of hearings, investigations, compliance, Title IX, due process, threat assessment and behavior intervention, crisis management, sanctioning, free speech, and trauma-informed approaches. She has extensive training in active listening, mediation, and de-escalation and frequently consults with faculty and staff surrounding University processes and conflict involving students.
Lydia Wolberg- CARE SpecialistLydia Wolberg has worked with the Dean of Students Office since March 2015. Lydia is a licensed mental health counselor and has previously worked with legal non-profits, New Mexico Legal Aid and United South Broadway. She has also worked with New Mexico’s Disability Determination office and Second Judicial District Court. She currently chairs the Campus Assessment Response and Education team and UNM’s Threat Assessment Team specific to students of concern. She provides direct support and guidance for faculty and staff when addressing student specific behavioral concerns.
Associate Student Conduct OfficerAngela Graham is the Associate Student Conduct Officer for the Office of Rights and Responsibilities and works with students and visitors who may have violated University conduct codes or policies. She assists with student and visitor code of conduct matters. She previously worked for the City of ABQ.
